***Important***​​​​​​​​​​​Returning and New Families:​
Please read the entire About section, the Guidelines, Statement of Faith, Volunteer Requirements, and Code of Conduct prior to completing our application (New Families) and all Returning Families must read these annually, as updates are made every year.​​
The majority of our classes fill up quickly - Once registration is open for you either as a New Family or Returning Family, please register as soon as possible if you are interested in a class.
Once a class is full, we will begin a wait list.​​​

Fees for High School
​
​An Operating Expense fee will be required for each student upon registration.
​This is a flat rate fee of $20 for 1 class and $40 for 2 or more classes. These fees are used by Pathway to pay for insurance, legal fees, background checks, and for any needs that may arise for our co-op throughout the school year.
​
A Church Fee will also be required for each student upon registration. This fee is required for use of their facilities as it provides us with electricity, water, gas, HVAC, bathroom and trash supplies, along with their rooms, furniture and exterior grounds.
This is a flat rate fee of $20 for 1 class and $40 for 2 or more classes. Pathway pays Lake Norman Baptist Church directly for the use of their facilities for the entire school year.

**If you also have a student in Pathway’s K-8 program, these fees are waived for high school**

Class Deposits and Tuition
​
A $100 Deposit is required to hold your student's placement in each class. This $100 will be paid directly to each teacher for their respective class. This deposit must be received within 15 days of you receiving Pathway's Paypal invoice to hold your student's place following registration. This $100 deposit will be deducted off of the total cost of the class. The entire balance will be due one month prior to the first day of class, unless financial arrangements are made with the teacher/s.

Financial details and decisions for classes after registering are between the instructor and the parent. Pathway leadership does not handle any financials for the individual classes. If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact the teacher directly as they are handled on a case by case basis.

All Pathway High School classes provide exemplary, year long, in-person instruction, which will prepare students for college and career success. Our classes count as a full credit for your student's high school transcript.​​

Registration / Application
​
Upon registration, you will receive a Paypal invoice for Pathway's operating fees and church fees. The invoice will have an attachment that includes the instructor's information allowing you to pay your deposit directly to the class instructor. This will secure your child's placement in each registered class and will be your verification that your student is registered. You will not receive a separate email. Registrations will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt.
Once registration opens, we will continue to fill classes until the class has reached capacity. Returning students have priority registration prior to new students. Once a class is full, we will start a waiting list and let you know if a seat opens for your student. Our classes have a minimum number of seats that need to be filled in order for the class to take place.

If the minimum has not been met, the class will be cancelled. Pathway will notify you by the end of the registration period if the class is going to be cancelled and work to issue any deposit refunds.
​
Pathway reserves the right to give top priority to students based on the total number of classes for which they register and whether or not the family is also a member of Pathway's K-8 program.
​
For new families, Pathway high school will review each application as they are submitted and will notify each family of their approval and provide details for our interview days/times via email. Once you have been accepted, we will open registration to your family.
